Happiness Is...

Happiness is...

Digging in your purse for change to buy your delicious turkey chili at work...and suddenly screaming, because your cat has deposited a large dead moth in your purse.

(Fozzie in her kitty lounger..)

I saw her last night walking around with it in her mouth, proud as punch that she caught it...and when I'd try to take it from her she'd run.

I guess she decided after all, I did deserve it.

Cats.

Funny. Babs eats spiders. And Sasha chases wild bunnies and mice she finds in the yard. Weird buns.

That. is the most disgustingly adorable thing that's ever happened. OMG.

Aw. She loves you. :)

Happiness is not... digging in your purse and realizing that your favorite lip gloss is gone because your MALE cat likes to steal it.

I agree with Heather - your fur ball is just showing you that she loves you. She was so excited to catch that moth and you kept trying to take it. That was her way of giving it to you like a present. Oh, and...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. ;-)

Hmm...all my cats give me are puddles of hairballs to clean up. Blech! :P

Be thankful it was only a moth.... Think about how much worse it could have been....

Rachel:
your buns are silly! and brave!!

Suzi:
it was really cute the way she carted it around but they all just were de-wormed recently and i didnt want her eating bugs again so i kept chasing her.

heather:
awww he wants to look fly!

merider:
she does love me. shes annoyingly affectionate, and especially hairy.

damsel:
aw im sorry. my male brings me a mouse or his froggie a couple times a day too. he doesnt wanna play, just gives it to me.

courtney:
yea, this is true! i do find balls of their fur but not hairballs in there

lilu:
it sounded like such a cat sentiment to me!

Shall I tell you about the time early one morning when I stepped on a beheaded, half eaten mouse as I went out the door to the pool? I was barefoot.

On second thought, perhaps I just shouldn't mention it...

definitely better than finding a large dead mouse. now THAT would be a disaster.

Did you say thanks :)

LOL - If that had happened to me I think it would have been the funniest post I ever wrote because I'd be throwing my purse all over the place, screaming like a banshee, lol.

Good for you for not causing a scene ;)
