So yes, my bunny died Friday. He's been acting weird for a while now. He'd eat here and there, but was not even excited about parsley or dandelion leaves, or kale. The usual things that make him happy. When I got him from bunny rescue (The house rabbit society) his old owners were gonna put him to sleep cus they didn't want him. That was 6 years ago. They also told me he was between 2 and 5. So, he was old. He was all black, and the hairs around his mouth had gone white. I found him sprawled out in his cage when I got home. My neighbors helped me bury him. Then I drowned my sorrows with margaritas. That's the third and final bunny I buried.
I had a picture to go along with my happiness is post, which I will post whenever it's not Monday, and raining, and I havn't stepped in a huge puddle and my leather shoes are soaked thru, and my pants are wet to halfway up my shins. In other words, today started off on the wrong foot, but it's getting better.
Happiness is, getting out your clothes from last summer and realizing you can't even wear your shorts anymore. You can put them on, but when you move around, they fall off. All on their own. I took pictures. They're fabulous! It's hard to believe I've lost that much since last summer. Now I have to spend money on clothes. If I were rich this may be fun. But I'm not.
This weekend I got up at old person time (9 am) and went to find some new shorts, which I didn't find. Then I met Kat and we did 7 miles on the towpath, and jogged some too. Have I mentioned how much I dislike jogging in the out of doors? Inside is so much easier! On our journey, we saw a buttload of turtles, two BEAVERS in the canal, and wild turkeys! Oh, and a disgusting (yet small) snake that Kat insisted we stop to rescue off the trail. Euw! It was sunny, and I got burned even though I have a tan.
When we got back I got my flower beds cleaned up and ready to go, and planted some wildflower seeds around my bird bath, and back porch. Cus, I'm one of those people who enjoys watching the birds and butterflies while enjoying mojitos in the back yard (with my home grown mint) soaking up the sun.
Then I trekked up to the big city (Cleveland) to see my manfriend. We cooked out Saturday night and talked. Then on Sunday I asked if he'd take me to Trader Joe's to see what all the hype is about, so he took me to Crocker Park. I didn't much like Trader Joes, it was like going grocery shopping out of state, I didn't recognize any brands. I'm big on knowing what I like. Crocker park was pretty bad-ass. Except that you have to walk. And it's fancy. And, in my out of town-ness I only brought shorts because it was near 70 Saturday. And like 30 on Sunday. I. Was. Fre-ezing! Manfriend put his pullover on me, and then zipped it up so I was warm. He is the cutest ever!
Then we headed to the manfriends and I helped him clean his apartment. He was going to pay me that was the idea but when I was done, I thought....that's kind of rude to accept money so I didn't. He however, was in the hall doing manly stuff like sanding his drywall joints, and dirtying up my hard work til he put up a tarp to contain it.
Happiness is also...winning contests! I won another contest over at Carolyn in Carolina. Yessss! I'm on fire with this stuff! Now, I'm ready for the lottery. Lottery, you will be mine. Oh yes.

Pets, they're just like kids...
So you know how when you were little and you got the flu or the chicken pox, your Mom made you sleep in bed with your brother to catch it too. Or if not your brother, then her boyfriends dumb kids? Was that just me? That may explain all the years I spent getting my head straight. With pets you don't have to make them hang out together, they do it themselves. And, since you have to pay a per pet fee at the vet, you don't want to have to take them all. Things at my homestead are going as such:
The dog. She's chronically got ear/eye/skin/stank problems. Sometimes you can get the ears under control with a viniger/alchohol/boric acid mix. Then, there are times you come home and your whole house smells like a.....well let's just say a nasty yeast infection. That's me now. That's when you have to go to the vet. Since they took her off steroids, I have to deal with her smell. Steroids long term are bad for the liver you know. My dog isn't 13 or anything. Not like she has 15 more years to live. Assholes.
The cats. Well we all remember how my cat decided to disappear for 5 days and cause me horror and grief. She's been eating for almost 2 weeks now and not gaining weight back. She's a small cat to begin with, despite her mountains of fluff, I'd put her at about 5lbs or less. Worms. My damned cat has worms. I know this by the peices of worm segment that are on her butt hair. (euuuuuuw!!) To make matters worse, since I have a fluffy pile of lovebug cats, who groom and snuggle each other, and share the same 4 potties, her two kittens have worms.
Worms. You know, this means I have to constantly wash everything, until they get to the vet, right? If I were in charge of the universe, I'd do away with parasites. Cus seriously, whatever eats them, can get over it and eat a fly or a spider, they are equally as disgusting, but don't need to attach themselves to your intestines and suck the life out of you slowly.
The bunny. Well for some reason my bunny has decided to stop eating. Rabbits come either free, or $25 bucks. They turn out to be the most expensive pet to care for. Vet visits, are $70 because they are exotic. Rabbits? Yes, rabbits. Rabbits are like horses they have to have constant gut motility and are always eating hay for this reason. If they don't eat, it's not long until they die. Granted, he is almost 10 and bunnies live about 5 years, but seriously? Now?
So I've been feeding him greens which he will eat a few bites of. He wont eat carrots, or strawberries or apple or banana, all the "treats" he likes, he wont even eat. I cooked pellets for him (enhances that grassy smell) and he had a few bites. I gave him some gut motility meds. Patted his belly in case he had gas.
So, my whole household is in turmoil. And I'm thinking I wont see much of my paycheck this Friday. The only thing I don't like about pets vs. human kids is that I can't put them on my health insurance. Pet insurance is too much if you have more than one pet.

You're No bunny til some bunny loves you...

Hey, how bout watching the new prez, who can speak, and inspire people vs. look like a total moron and scare us to death? Loved it!
This is the elusive Boo's. He's my bunny. He's a lil guy who is a netherland dwarf mix. When I got him like 5 years ago from the rescue, they told me he was 5 years old. Bunnies life expectancy is 5 years. I got him to be "husbun" to my then netherland dwarf "Bitsy". (how cute was that name? Bitsly bunny?)
It took me about a month to bond them. You would think that bunnies are these cute and friendly creatures that would love everyone and everything, but they're viscious little shits when it comes to other bunnies. They try to kill each other. They have to be slowly bonded to other bunnies. Plus, they have to be fixed for obvious reasons.

Boo's isn't the friendliest bunny in the world. He also has the papilloma virus. His old owners wanted to put him to sleep cus of it. Poor little guy. His butt is always red. That's all. Wheres the harm in that? Which I attribute to his grumpy ways. That and he must be like 300 in bunny years.
You can get Boo's to be friendly with food. This is us the other night, sharing some popcorn. I'm normally pretty good with the bunny diet. But we all need to splurge. His most favoritest thing in the world is raisens.

In people news....coworker knows a guy who works for microsoft. Manfriend said that he cleaned the virus from my hard drive, and that all I needed to fix my computer is a new version of windows. I have put this off cus 1) it's expensive, and b) who the fuck wants vista? Anyhoo, said Microsoft guy says he can put a legal version of it on my computer. I use to have an illegal copy.
If my computer works, I swear I'll change my pirating ways. I know other people who are better at it than me, and don't catch viruses! I'll just get things from them.

bunny noses are kinda cute.

Only Lonley On the Inside....
I woke up lonley this morning. Funny thing. For someone who enjoys being alone huh?
Of course, I thought of this song:
Of course, I thought of this song:
Hello again, your words they make me smile.
As I drift away in my little room upstairs.
Then I realize I don't even know your name.
If we could share our time, would I disappoint your fantasies?
But I believe that I could be the one you need 'cause I'm...
Only lonley on the inside
And I could start to give apologies
for all the stupid things that I will say and I will do.
If we should ever cross the same place at the same time
would your world skip a beat 'cause it was me?
If we could share our life would I disappoint your memories?
I believe that you could be the one I've needed.
And I'm...
Only lonley on the inside...
If I could give back your hopes, your joys, your treasures,
don't you think that I would change my world?
But there's so many things trying to pull us together.
And even though we're far apart, I can still watch you walk away.
It had been a week since I stayed a night alone. Weird. I think that was the reason I didn't want to start staying with anyone, cus it is so weird when you sleep alone. It felt weird. Not right. Like we broke up. I woke up on the other side of the bed. I was all out of sorts. Late. To top off waking up late, I got behind a truck, putting new lines on the road. Going 5mph. When I'm already running late. Boy, that put me in a fun mood! WG called me though. To tell me that he felt weird too. All the signs are pointing towards my wanting to be w/him all the time. I'm still not ready for the official move-in. I have my mind set on that. Maybe I think it will prevent my getting hurt? You can still get hurt if you don't live together. Maybe I think we wont break up if we are engaged....
we could still break up. I don't know. Maybe its stalling? I really don't know. I know, that if I stick to my guns I will at least know in my own mind and heart that it is real. Have I said lately how great it feels to be in love? I dunno if I have mentioned it. I know, I'm sickening!
That's what matters.
What I think.
I had a successful rabbit date last night. My poor bunny lost a toenail! Boos! No wonder he has been a big fat lumpy grumpy bun!!!! I clipped his nails and cleaned his bum. He is too fat to clean himself. We're working on that. He doesn't eat too much, he just is lazy w/o his wifey. Last night he followed Chelsea Bear around, so he will work off some of his weight.
I started watching another show. Battle of the Network Reality Stars. It is similar to the battle of the stars from years ago. It is funny. It has all the greats on it, from all shows!
I can't wait to watch Big Brother tonight. I like nothing more, than watching people I don't know fight on TV and make asses of themselves! I just do!
Bubba got a little thing we like to call "Payback" on that biznatch from job 2 that was rude to me for using the pisser. Sweet.
I think it might snow tomorrow. Saturday night it was around 100 degrees out. Now, it's freezing. And, it takes some pretty cold weather for ME to say I'm cold!!!!!
'Theres nothing wrong with Ohio...'
'Except the snow and the rain...'
Good song!
Today's Question:
What is the thing of highest value that you have lost?
That'd be my house. Can you say foreclosure?

Name That Bunny.....

This is my new baby girl Chelsea. I really don't like her name at all. She is way cuter than a Chelsea. She is miss personality. I am trying to come up with a better name for her.

I was up all night with her last night, she wasnt eating or feeling well. Finally she passed a bronzing bead. She ate my bronzing bead! it was in her poop, and yes I picked at her poop, I am a good mother! She feels great and is back to eating and causing more mischief!
WG got all my pics from my camera. I have some movies too. But most of them are still too big to upload to the net. Have to resize them again. Technology is fun, and yet, also really annoying!
I like Oona. She is the Fairy from Legend. (Classic) And she is a little shit like my Chelsea Bear. I don't even know why I call her Chelsea Bear. It just sounds like it goes together.

Weekend Forecast.....
The wknd. is FINALLY here!! I am lucky to be alive! I slept with my back door open all night. Some freak could've emerged from the woods and cut my head off while I slept! Or, the raccoons and skunks could've united, and opened my door, and got into all my pets food, threw a party while I slept! Drank out of my toilet, put the lamp shades on their heads!!
WG left my freezer open all night he put water in there and it was too big. Of course, not on purpose. But it is making a weird noise and everything is melted. Luckily I didn't have a lot of stuff in there cus I'm poor!! It was a frantic morning as always. I am so happy I get to sleep IN tomorrow!! I have a ton of cleaning to get done and a rabbit cage to get ready for 2 bunnies which means I have to remodel the home and put up a wall in the middle for a while.
Last night my little Boo's bunny was far more active than normal. He ran not just up and down the hallway, but into the living room, and actually interacted a bit with the cats. I think he knows he has some hot dates coming up!! I hope he finds a good girlfriend. I worry about him being lonley. He just doesn't even play with his toys.
Tonight Bubba, Lawanda, and me are going to the winery, which closes at 11pm. We are rushing from work to make it there by 10, and get a bottle down before they close! LOL!
If they have vignoles, which is only the best wine ever made I am getting one to go!! We are then making the great trek to the sex store. Which, is always a good time. It's been a few days for me, and I am a real bitch for it too! I can't help it if it is vital to my well being!! So shoot me!
Saturday, I am going shopping with Kat/Skippy, and Bubba. I have to have Marissa's coolant flushed, wooo excitement! I wanna go to Victoria's Secret cus its been forever since I have been there, or had reason to even go. Of course, Old Navy, cus there is a 20% off sale, and who can pass that up? Bed Bath, and Beyond, and wherever they gotta go. We'll have lunch, and me and kat are seeing either Dark Water or Skeleton Key....spooooooooky!! I am sure we will have a blast, as we always do when we get together!
****Big Brother Spoiler*****
I was super excited last night that kaysar was voted back into the Big Brother house!!!!!
WG actually shhhh'd me while big brother was on. I think 2 wks ago he said it was GAY! As if I have bad taste in TV? UMMMM NO! Of course I had to check out the msg boards this morning, and find out what happened in the Head of Household competition last night. So far, it's down to Kaysar, and Jennifer. If Kaysar wins, the shits going doooown! I love my TV!!!!!
*****End of Spoiler*****
I might be getting my very own computer at home! I have been without for months. Kat might have me one! =) I will be unstoppable!
I bought myself a new shirt for blogging. It simply says 'I'm blogging this' classic! I also ordered an I heart beer shirt. Tayray is getting one and so is her dog! We will be the coolest cats at the Beir Haus!!!
Today's Question:
What is your biggest pet peeve?
I have a couple.
Saying one thing, and doing another, or not sticking to your word. This stems from childhood. Don't say you will do something and not do it for me. It makes me not trust you, or believe what you say. Its the #1 cause of my pessimism!
And a poor work ethic. I think everyone should be a workaholic like me. I have issues w/people who do not take work seriously. I dunno why, I blame my dad. I think I get that from him. I am like the mail, I work in rain, sleet, snow, sick, flu, you name it. I feel like if I can do it anyone can. Because I dont really like it. It is a responsibility, so I do it. I also have been fired, for missing work, so I know what the consequenses can be!! So it really does get to me sometimes. Peoples business is their business, so don't ask why I have to make it an issue. I just do!

It's like rain.......On Your Wedding Day...
They say that it is good luck when it rains on your wedding day. Don't buy that shit. It rained the morning of my wedding. And we all see how well that went!!! It's dreary. I think it rained cus my car was wet. Can't park in the garage since my ceiling could give at any moment and hurt Marissa......(who is my car).
I dunno what is going on in my head lately. I am just sorta down this morning. I just think too much. I was doing pretty good not thinking about things, but life happens. I can't stop myself from thinking or having feelings that I have. I am tired of not feeling my feelings, so I guess this is just what it is like? No wonder I stuffed them for so long! No wonder people become alchoholics and drug addicts! It seems like such an easy out. Easy, with a price of course. But nice to not feel things.
We are playing the mega millions. I really hope we win. I can't think of anything that would make me more happy right now. Well, besides if maybe God appeared to me and told me what I am doing here, and what I am suppose to be doing! Mom always says 'bloom where you are planted'. I try to live that way.
I think I'm blooming, I'm definatly planted.....Maybe I would rather be a weed, that grows fast and out of control, and takes over the entire bed for myself? This taking time to bloom crap is for the birds!!!!!! I feel like my poor plants that are neglected, and wilt. I water them and they perk right up. I think I need more water. Whatever that may be, I need some! Or maybe I am something suceptible to fungus and disease? I need to be sprayed with a fungucide, to stop the mutation! I work in an office with a technical (meaning plants in my industry)support person. Can you tell?
I don't have much more to say today. I don't feel smart, or witty, or creative. I don't mean it in a bad way, but men do change your life. You get to trucking along thinking things are hunky dory, then you have to consider another person and their feelings. It is hard. This is why I have pets. Their opinions don't matter, because they love me no matter what. They don't have to earn their keep, or do any housework. They don't talk back like children, and they require much less patience. I get mad about things and will yell at my poor dog...she doesn't hold it against me either, not in the littlest way. Why can't we all be more like animals? Myself included!
This morning my bunny boy Boo's came out of his cage when I got him up, and he let me pet him when I gave him his raisens. And he kind of did his little circle dance, that I havn't seen him do in a long time. I just feel awful for him. I had been making him come out, by trapping him in his cage. He didn't like it, he thumped at me. But he is lonley. I cuddled him and kissed him and pet him like Bitsy use to do. So he is making progress. He still hasn't come out of his room on his own, but he may soon with time. He hasn't Binkied in forever, I miss his cute little bunny runs and jumps. Those two together made me laugh so much.
Well I have successfully depressed myself further by discussing my sad bunny missing his little wifeypoo!
